2. Data collected when visiting our website
If you use our website for information purposes, i.e. if you do not register or provide us with any information, we only collect data that your browser sends to our server. When you visit our website, we collect the following information that is technically necessary to display the website:

II. Recipients of personal data
The recipients of personal data will be entities providing services to the Administrator, in particular hosting services and other IT services, as well as marketing agencies, accounting companies, banks and payment operators. Data recipients will also be entities authorized to receive data on the basis of legal provisions.
Due to the fact that in the online store we use various electronic services to improve the operation of our website and provide users with the most attractive content, including: obtained cookie identifiers, information collected via cookies may be transferred to a third country (i.e. a country outside the European Economic Area). In such situations, data transfer will be secured through an appropriate transfer mechanism in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation. III. Personal data storage period

After the period indicated above, personal data will be archived for the period in which the applicable legal provisions require data storage or for the period of limitation of any claims, and then they will be deleted or anonymized.

In connection with the processing of personal data, you have the following rights:
- the right to access data content, the right to rectify data, the right to delete data, the right to limit data processing, the right to transfer data,
- the right to object to data processing - if the processing of your personal data is based on the so-called legitimate interest and under the conditions specified in the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation,
- the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (President of the Personal Data Protection Office) if it is considered that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation.
V. Providing personal data
Providing personal data is obligatory if such an obligation results from the provisions of the Accounting Act and tax law provisions (regarding the issuance of accounting documents and their storage). Providing personal data is also a condition for the execution of the placed order. The consequence of not providing data is the inability to complete the order. Providing data for the other purposes indicated above is voluntary, but necessary for their implementation.
